Gyōzabor @ Somo Market 🇵🇭
One of the most thrilling pop-up events I participated in during 2022 featured not only gyoza but also a selection of tapas, including Patatas Bravas and Muslo de Pollo (marinated chicken thigh in homemade sauce), which I steamed and then flame torched. Additionally, I crafted a vegan gyoza using banana heart and jicama. It was a truly memorable experience that allowed me to display my culinary skills and love for food.
