Hi there, I'm Rhein! Cooking has always been my passion, leading me from my roots in the Philippines to the bustling streets of Tokyo, Japan.
Before settling in Barcelona in 2015, I honed my skills at École Ducasse in Manila, Philippines, where I delved deeper into the art of cooking and discovered my true calling.
Barcelona stole my heart from day one, and during the pandemic, I decided to take a leap of faith and pursue my dreams. Thus, Gyōzabor BCN was born.
At Gyōzabor BCN, I'm dedicated to crafting delectable Gyoza, a yummy Japanese dish. Each bite is a testament to my commitment to quality and flavor, and I'm thrilled to share my creations with you!
