A partnership with a Japanese brunch café known for serving some of the best onigiri in Barcelona. What began as a pop-up evolved into a months-long collaboration, giving me the opportunity to showcase not only my culinary skills but also my passion for hospitality—connecting with a diverse range of guests through food and service.
